SHOEMART unveils a slew of men’s footwear designs this summer

Leading footwear band, SHOEMART, has unveiled its long-awaited men’s shoe collection that features a fresh take and revamped aesthetics specifically designed for the style-seeking and fashion-forward man this summer.

A truly unique collection, the SHOEMART men’s range captures the dynamic trending footwear needs of the modern man’s look and fit.

The new collection embodies the sweet summer vibes of the region through designs that have been specifically created for a bespoke fit. The designs have been created following a strong demand for comfort, out-of-the-box trims, and functionality - all at a price that’s right.

This brand new and exciting range consists of designs that have pushed the styling boundaries - a move that is likely expected to redefine the region’s shoe game rules.

SHOEMART’s new men’s collection brings trusted, reliable, and beautifully styled footwear to its customers throughout the region, further complementing every gentleman’s fashion sense and wardrobe needs.

The new collection consists of the staples that enhance that youthful look and feel due to the decorative detailing that transcends across the range. This year’s collection successfully experimented with intricate trim shapes and now features perennial and performance-driven styles.

Never has there been a season where men can comfortably dress up in their most comfortable and favourite styles and still find a pair or two that match, enhances, and transforms their look.

Comprised of styles and interesting colourways, the SHOEMART 2018 summer collection features all-time favourites such as loafers, which feature polished and brushed metal trims to create that unique ornate decorative detailing.

The loafer continues to trend as an important shape of the season. SHOEMART has now cleverly incorporated, contrast trims, fringing, buckled, and elastic straps to update the look.

Athleisure, a relatively new category, also features prominently in the 2018 summer collection. This evolving trend includes a slew of high-quality designs that remain a core part of men's fashion footwear assortment.

The new sneaker line-up now incorporates new materials meant to give them a slick and modern look. The collection features unique patterns and textures that add an aerodynamic look and fit, creating easy foot entry.

The new sneaker trims also feature constructions that experiment with form and functionality including various layering effects in order to provide that durable but innovative feel and fit.

For those that thought that suedes are about to disappear from the shelves, well, nothing could be further from the truth.

SHOEMART strongly believes that suedes still have a formidable and loyal following in the region. This year’s styles have become softer and more casual as men's styling takes on a more relaxed and futuristic feel.

The SHOEMART classic casuals range are updated in suede, monochromatic prints,  and a variety of leather and canvas fabrics, with different hues to choose from. This is definitely a summer 2018 must-have.

And for those seeking a more relaxed look, the sandals collection and espadrille slip-ons are something to look forward to this summer. These fashion must-have essentials come in distinct styles specifically for the wider commercial market.

Also in the sandals mix are the active-sports sandals range, which has continued to gain traction commercially. Featuring simple webbing strap uppers and cleated soles designed to move with the foot, the sandals feature fabrics such as neoprene, which allow quick-release fastening, that offer a flexible update to trending styles, satisfying the demand for comfort.

Sitting right at the core of the collection are the City Sandals, which feature leather-soled profiles with the introduction of bicolour straps, soft ribs or webbing placements lending a modern sports-influenced update.

The rubber cleated outsoles offer all-day comfort with the classic loafer detailing for uppers maintains an authentic sensibility.
